Dexterra Group is seeking a Guest Services Agent for a remote camp facility in Canada. The role involves welcoming clients, handling check-in/out, and supporting the Lodge Manager with administrative duties. The schedule is 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, with 10-12 hour days, and site transportation is provided.
You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, manage room allocations, process payments, and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and Word. Some WHMIS testing is required.
