Key Responsibilities: • Source and recruit Data Center Technicians for APAC • Conduct technical screening interviews for skill assessment • Maintain organized DCT pool by skill and availability • Verify technician credentials and work history • Manage onboarding and training for recent DCTs
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in recruiting or managing a DCT pool • Ability to conduct hands-on technical interviews • Knowledge of data center infrastructure and standards • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Detail-oriented and organized for database management
