About the Role: Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for the operational running of the store during their shift. You'll also take part in performance evaluations and the training of new staff.

Beyond the floor duties, this role carries responsibility for store safety and contributing to its ongoing maintenance. You'll resolve customer complaints promptly and support the broader team in hitting daily operational targets within a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume workplace .
