Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
• Document and report changes in clients’ conditions
• Assist clients with mobility and light exercises




• Perform light housekeeping tasks as required
• Foster robust relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
• Clear Criminal Record Check within last 12 months
• Negative TB test and updated immunization records
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong communication and organizational skills
