Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis
• Support project budgets and proformas for real estate
• Record and review journal entries and accounts payable
• Prepare various financial and job cost reports
• Assist with annual budgeting and five-year plans

Requirements:
• CPA designation is mandatory
• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• Post-secondary degree in finance or accounting
• Solid knowledge of IFRS
• Advanced Excel proficiency
