• Show suites and handle applications for potential residents
• Oversee the rental paperwork for suites and storage
• Address resident issues with courtesy and respect
• Prepare vacated suites for recent residents with repairs
• Resolve complaints related to noise or property misuse
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in building management
• Familiarity with new builds and warranty processes
• Experience in marketing units and leasing
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
