Support individuals at Lookout Housing and Health Society as a Part Time Medical Care Aid in ABI 91st Avenue. Provide essential daily living support to guests facing complex needs in a residential setting.

This position is a part time, permanent role under the direction of the Program Manager. You will assist guests with their daily living activities and follow care plans according to policies. The Medical Care Aid will ensure respect and dignity while helping guests who have various health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with daily living activities and personal care
• Document observations and activities related to care plans
• Administer medication and provide reminders as needed




• Participate in social and recreational activities with guests
• Track and manage casual staff records and availability

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of related experience in care settings
• Care Aide Certificate and registration in BC required
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
• Must have Food Safe certification
• Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
