In this role, you will support the Site Superintendent and oversee various in office construction activities. You will manage skilled workers, coordinate subcontractors, and facilitate communication between trades, while implementing safety measures. With at least one year of relevant experience, you will lead safety orientations and ensure adherence to York's health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate daily with trades for project updates
• Coordinate workforce and manage subcontractor activities
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and orientations




• Enforce OHS and health safety program compliance
• Document daily logs and inspections accurately

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in a foreman role
• Experience in light industrial and commercial projects
• Leadership for Safety Excellence certification preferred
• Valid fall protection, AWP, and forklift tickets
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk uneven terrain
