You'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive programming, supporting initiatives like the MoveU strategy while coordinating events on the St. George campus and beyond. Your experience in physical activity programming and leadership will be crucial for success here.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee co-curricular program components
• Implement evaluation frameworks for initiatives
• Analyze and enhance student programming
• Ensure adherence to risk management protocols
• Coordinate recruitment and training of casual staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in sport management or related field
• Minimum four years of experience in programming
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Standard First Aid and Basic CPR certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
