About the Opportunity

What We Offer

Flat rate compensation: $40.00 per flat rate hour. Earnings are based on credited labour hours for completed work.

Signing bonus: Available to eligible candidates, subject to terms and conditions.

Monthly performance bonuses: Proficiency and Customer Satisfaction Index bonuses, subject to program criteria and eligibility

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.

Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.

Repair and replace vehicle components accurately and efficiently.

Complete vehicle inspections and clearly document findings and recommended repairs.

Maintain accurate repair orders, diagnostic notes, and service records.

Communicate findings and repair requirements to Service Advisors and the service management team.

Verify completed repairs and conduct road tests as required.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow workplace health and safety procedures.

Participate in training and work collaboratively to support service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification.

Proven experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles.

Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to safe, quality workmanship.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Valid Ontario driver’s licence and a driving record suitable for duties involving customer vehicles, including road tests.
