Technical Analyst - Healthcare Technology - Kroll (Bilingual English/French preferred)
Location: Toronto (North York or Brampton) or Quebec
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – preference for 1-2 days per week onsite
Contract Duration: ASAP to December 2026, with extension to December 2027
About the Role
Our client, a division of one of Canada's largest retailers, is looking for an experienced Technical Analyst t o support the implementation and evolution of Kroll, a key product within their healthcare technology portfolio.
The successful candidate will support the Kroll implementation in Quebec, while also working across a broader enterprise environment involving multiple business units, applications, services, and integrations.
This is a technical analysis and application-focused role — not a software development position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing databases, troubleshooting issues in lower environments, supporting enhancements, understanding complex integrations, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders to help evolve the platform.
The ideal candidate is a bilingual technical resource who understands applications, databases, integrations, environments, and technical problem-solving, and who can work closely with technical leadership to support the delivery of enhancements. Someone who can investigate a problem, understand the technical landscape, work through the requirements and dependencies, and help determine the right solution.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and enhancements of the Kroll application, or other related healthcare technology solutions.
Perform database analysis to investigate issues, validate data, and support application functionality.
Troubleshoot and analyze issues within lower environments.
Work with technical leads and delivery teams to investigate problems and identify appropriate solutions.
Support the analysis and delivery of application enhancements.
Analyze technical requirements and help translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Investigate dependencies across applications, services, databases, and integrations.
Work across organizational silos to help coordinate solutions between different business and technology teams.
Support a large and complex ecosystem of integrations and understand how changes to Kroll may impact connected systems.
Collaborate closely with technical leads,
business partners, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Help ensure the Kroll product continues to evolve alongside changing business requirements, healthcare services, and technology capabilities.
Contribute to troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and ongoing application support.
Provide technical insight to support the delivery of enhancements and changes to the platform.
What We're Looking For
Technical experience supporting Kroll pharmacy application implementation and enhancements
Experience investigating issues in development, QA, test, or other lower environments.
Strong understanding of system integrations, interfaces, and dependencies as it relates to the pharmacy application
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the product and surrounding services continue to evolve.
Nice to Have
Bilingual English/French would be an asset, particularly given the Quebec focus.
