Mission Design, develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform; Configure and customize ServiceNow components based on business and technical requirements; Develop Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes and other scripts; Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs; Contribute to the continuous improvement of ITSM and/or ITOM processes; Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions; Perform testing,

Your profile 3-5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development; Strong knowledge of JavaScript and the Glide API; Hands-on experience with Workflows, Business Rules and Script Includes; Solid understanding of REST / SOAP integrations; Experience with ITSM and/or ITOM modules; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Autonomous, organized and comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Fluency in both French and English is required to collaborate with different teams and to review, create, and maintain technical documentation in both languages.
