As an Assistant Supervisor at WoodGreen, you will manage daily operations and guide a dedicated team of early childhood educators. This position requires you to implement engaging programs enhancing children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you'll work closely with diverse staff and support children’s developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Manager in absence and supervise staff
• Maintain legal staff-child ratios during absences
• Plan and implement daily programs for children




• Address unusual behaviors and coordinate with professionals
• Ensure daily health and safety conditions for children
Requirements:
• ECE degree/diploma or equivalent relevant training
• Valid registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• 2 years of licensed child care experience
• 1 year of management experience preferred
• Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification
