Join Richmond Country Club as an Equipment Technician, ensuring peak operation of our golf course machinery. This full-time, in office role requires mechanical skills and preventative maintenance expertise.

As the Equipment Technician, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and repair of the golf course's essential equipment. Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, you are responsible for the daily operations of the equipment maintenance shop, including inventory management, safety compliance, and team training. Your leadership will maintain operational excellence and exceptional playing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead equipment maintenance operations and preventative servicing
• Maintain accurate records for service histories and maintenance logs




• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop
• Manage parts inventory and equipment purchasing effectively
• Train staff on safe equipment operation and maintenance

Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification in a relevant mechanical field preferred
• 3–5 years of equipment maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Valid BC Driver's License necessary
