Key Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise for operational processes
• Document and investigate transaction exceptions
• Facilitate communication on project status to senior management




• Develop QA strategies for TDEF business operations
• Contribute to recent products and operating efficiencies

Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
• Deep knowledge of operational processes and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
