Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze profitability across REAL's events and facilities
• Coordinate annual corporate budgeting processes
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Develop financial models for decision support
• Reconcile settlement activities for events and concerts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years in financial analysis or FP&A;
• Solid skills in Excel and financial modeling
• CPA designation is an asset
• Ability to work independently on complex issues
