Are you a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Team Leader to inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence, safety, and efficiency across our fulfilment operations.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring products are available when customers need them, empowering your team to perform at their best, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment.
University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience
Minimum 1 year of managerial experience

Build a high-performing team by identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent while fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe working setting throughout the unit and secure that the Warehouse Operations Co-workers work in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security and the environment.




Drive operational excellence by ensuring products are available when customers need them and that warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively
Promote sustainability in action by supporting the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda and encouraging environmentally responsible practices across warehouse operations.
Create a culture of quality by coaching team members on best practices, reducing product damage, and promoting attention to detail throughout the fulfilment process.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 62000 CAD to 72000 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
