My Clubhouse Golf is looking for a skilled, personable Golf Teaching Professional to provide private lessons, clinics, and player development programs at our premium indoor golf lounge in Calgary.
Our facility features five Trackman iO simulator bays , providing a year-round environment for golfers to improve their game while enjoying a full-service food and beverage experience.
The Opportunity This is a flexible, lesson-based position designed for a golf professional who is passionate about coaching and building long-term relationships with students.
The Teaching Professional will have access to our Trackman iO technology and simulator facilities for private instruction, with opportunities to develop group clinics, beginner programs, corporate instruction, junior programs, and other golf-focused events.
Lesson scheduling will be based on instructor availability and simulator availability rather than traditional fixed shifts.
Responsibilities Provide professional private and semi-private golf instruction
Use Trackman iO data and technology to analyze swings and support player development
Work with golfers across a variety of skill levels
Create a welcoming and professional experience for every student
Maintain lesson availability and coordinate bookings
Develop relationships with students and encourage ongoing player development
Participate in clinics, group instruction and special programs as opportunities arise




Represent My Clubhouse Golf professionally both in the facility and within the local golf community
Qualifications Previous golf instruction or coaching experience
PGA of Canada membership or recognized teaching credentials preferred
Experience using Trackman or other launch-monitor technology is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable and customer-focused
Comfortable working independently and managing lesson availability
Existing student/client base is considered a strong asset
Compensation This is a lesson-based compensation chance , with compensation and revenue structure negotiable based on experience, qualifications, availability and existing clientele.
There is also potential for additional earnings through group lessons, clinics and other instructional programs.
