This role requires expertise in project management and design for the Facilities Management Department. Working under the Manager of Facilities Assets & Utilities Planning, you will handle everything from planning to construction oversight of capital projects. Your contributions will enhance the learning environment for students, faculty, and staff while ensuring design solutions meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise between stakeholders and contractors effectively
• Produce technical documentation and CAD drawings for projects




• Develop technical specifications for project requirements
• Ensure client designs align with operational goals
• Create viable design solutions and artistic renderings

Requirements:
• Advanced college diploma in a related field
• Minimum four years of experience in institutional design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and graphic representation
• Skills in 3D modeling, particularly in Sketchup
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
