Senior Account Executive
Location: Markham / Richmond Hill, ON – Hybrid
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 Base + Commission | $100,000+ OTE Year 1
Work Model: 3 Days In Office / 2 Days From Home

What Will You Do?
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Build a solid pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
Build long-term relationships with customers
Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored service solutions
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Partner with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience
Consistently work toward sales and revenue targets
What Do You Bring?
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Proven ability to hunt and win new business
Experience managing a full sales cycle
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities from scratch
Competitive, self-motivated and results-driven
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Collaborative mindset and strong team mentality
Ability to commute to the Markham/Richmond Hill area 3 days per week
