TransLink seeks a Project Cost Analyst dedicated to improving financial operations related to capital projects. With a robust accounting background, you will monitor GL accounts, oversee accounts receivable, and prepare budgets. This role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and project management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts related to capital projects
• Analyze and prepare monthly GL entries for project activity
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable processes for projects




• Prepare accruals and recoveries for cost-sharing agreements
• Maintain enterprise fixed assets records for accuracy

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA designation or relevant accounting qualification
• Two years of accounting experience in computerized environments
• Strong skills in investigating discrepancies and detailed data management
• Experience in project management or construction accounting
