Advantages:-Competitive salary (65-70K)-Full benefits + RRSP matching-3 weeks vacation + sick days-Christmas Closure-Hybrid work model (3 days on site) after probationary period-Excellent team and cultureResponsibilities:- Prepare and process a high volume of monthly invoices- Manage accounts payable by coding and entering vendor invoices, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues- Handle employee expense claims and reconcile visa statements with supporting documentation, addressing inconsistencies with cardholders- Perform accounts receivable duties, including conducting customer collection calls to ensure timely payments- Set up and maintain project budgets and financial records within the project management system- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare deposits, along with other banking-related tasks- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients by addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently- Assist with year-end financial processes and reporting- Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring a structured and accessible filing system- Provide backup support for other finance roles during peak periods or staff absencesQualifications:- Post secondary education in Accounting, Finance or in a related field- Must come from a high volume environment (Construction or Property Management).- 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with exposure to diverse financial tasks- Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing- Strong skills in account and bank reconciliations,
