As a key member of our sales team, you will manage outside plumbing sales, quotes, and after-sales service. This position requires developing and nurturing customer accounts as well as actively seeking current business opportunities. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders efficiently
• Contact existing customers for upselling and product awareness
• Enter orders into the system and complete sales transactions




• Source materials for customers on backorder
• Develop new accounts and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of sales experience required
• Preferred post-secondary courses in plumbing
• Excellent negotiation skills with contractors and public
• Knowledge of plumbing products is an asset
• Valid driver's license required
