Tru Inc. is in search of a highly skilled QA Engineer to work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions. This full time position is based in Montreal, Halifax, Stellarton, or Toronto, with a hybrid schedule allowing for flexibility. Ideal candidates will validate configurations, test customer journeys, and ensure data integration meets established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review requirements and develop comprehensive test plans
• Perform functional and end-to-end testing across SFMC components
• Validate data integrations and API-based connections
• Document and track defects through to resolution
• Conduct regression testing after changes or defect fixes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of QA experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on with Journey Builder and related tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
