Join Trans Mountain as a Project Engineer Pipeline MOP to contribute to optimizing oil transport to the West Coast. This full-time role is based in Calgary with in-office and field-based responsibilities.
As a pivotal team member, you will manage facilities packages within the Mainline Optimization Project (MOP), increasing line capacity from 540 kbpd to 805 kbpd by early 2029. You’ll work closely with engineering teams in areas including risk assessments, scheduling, and procurement while upholding Trans Mountain’s core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project support for new pipeline segments and valves
• Coordinate technical deliverables throughout project phases
• Prepare risk assessments and documentation for engineering processes
• Support contractor planning and field execution
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; EIT or P. Eng certification
• Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas or related field
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
