Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate complex business processes for performance improvements
• Identify and streamline opportunities within ongoing projects




• Deliver business process assessments and improvement recommendations
• Develop performance metrics and measurement frameworks
• Prepare skilled project documentation including reports and presentations
Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven success in business process analysis and consulting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Capacity to develop and implement business improvement programs
• Eligible for Canadian Federal Government Security clearance
