Role Summary
Manager, Medical Affairs Operations, Canada - Build our future together: At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Manager, Medical Affairs Operations, Canada to join our Medical Affairs team, supporting our Canadian organization in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will deliver compliant, high-quality medical operations while collaborating with local colleagues, cross-functional stakeholders, and global teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.
Location & Working Conditions
When & where: Mississauga, Canada. Office based, Hybrid. Occasional business travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive timely, compliant execution of country Medical Affairs priorities across therapeutic areas.
- Maintain audit readiness, legally required documentation, transparency reporting, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption records.
- Execute regulatory and Good Practice processes end-to-end through local systems.
- Localize procedures, maintain process guides, and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Manage vendor lifecycles, contracts, purchasing, budgets, expenses, and spend reporting.
- Lead medical meetings, congress logistics, agendas, communications, action tracking, and follow-up.
- You build collaboration through onboarding, operational communications, standardized processes, and team coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Seven to nine years’ pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in medical operations, project support, coordination, or administration.
- Country organization experience and knowledge of compliance, transparency, Medical Governance,
and regulated processes.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Veeva CRM, Vault Medical, PromoMats, and procurement tools.
- Fluency in the local language, with business-proficient English preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management with limited supervision.
- A proactive, team-oriented, detail-oriented approach to cross-functional operational and project work.
- Event and congress expertise plus contract or procurement knowledge, including iCertis or SAP, are preferred.
- Finance, Procurement, or commercial operations experience is desirable.
