You will supervise finance staff, manage payroll for over 80 employees, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Collaborate with program managers and provide analysis to support effective budgeting and funding compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual audits and support compliance requirements
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts

Requirements:
• Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Chartered Skilled Accountant designation is strongly preferred
• Minimum five years of financial management experience
• Experience in nonprofit or publicly funded organizations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
