This Social Worker II role requires a Master's degree in Social Work and a registration in good standing with OCSWSSW. You will provide a range of client-centered services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Engagement in program evaluations and quality improvements is also a vital aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments

Requirements:
