RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment & Onboarding Support Coordinate high-volume retail hiring (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
Support onboarding processes for new hires across multiple locations
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation for Retail and HQ Staff
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate and onboarding experience
HR Operations & Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
Process and support with employee changes including promotions,transfersand terminations
Support payroll coordination and employee data updates
Maintainthe HRIS andSharePoint– ensuring the information is up to date and accurately filed at all times
Update andmaintainall HR related checklists and Organizational Charts
Responsible for thetimelyresponse to queries in the general Talent Inbox
Assistwith creatingemployee allowance codes for new hires and for twice annual issuance
Track key HR metrics (turnover, hiring, attendance)
Assist with reporting and documentation




Employee Relations Support Provide basic guidance on policies and elevate more complex issues
Support documentation for employee relations matters
Help ensure consistent application of policies across locations
Compliance & Process Support Ensure employee files and documentation meet legal and company standards
Support audits and compliance checks
Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures
Office Management Ensure office space is fully stocked and maintained, including stationaries, kitchens, boardrooms and common areas
Maintain and enhance relationships with all office related vendors, including security company, repairs/building maintenance, food and beverage service, recycling and janitorial services, courier and storage services. Ensure we have the right service levels and that the vendors are performing per agreement
Assist with planning and coordination of company celebrations and People & Culture health, safety and wellness initiatives
Other projects and tasks, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or diploma in Business Administration, or a similar discipline related to HR
1+ years of experience in HR is an asset
Experience in retail or customer-facing environments is a strong asset
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (HRIS experience is a plus)
Competitive base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 CAD
