Key Responsibilities:
• Support Chef de Partie with food preparation and presentation
• Complete mise en place for all ingredients and tools




• Assist with cooking tasks and maintain service pace
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Help with inventory counts and stock management

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; culinary education preferred
• Minimum 2 years culinary experience required
• Food Safety Certification is necessary
• Red Seal certification is an asset
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends
