This part-time role is essential for creating dynamic and engaging outdoor experiences. You will lead inquiry-based exploration while ensuring a safe setting for children. Ideal candidates are certified and have experience with school-aged kids, combining play-focused education with outdoor supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Supervise children in diverse outdoor settings
• Conduct risk assessments for safety
• Build relationships with families and children
• Document children's learning through observations

Requirements:
• Valid ECE, ECEA, or Responsible certification
• Experience working with school-aged children
• First Aid with CPR Level B certification
• Comfort working outdoors year-round
• Criminal Record Checks and work eligibility proof
