In this dynamic role at UBC Sauder’s Resources and Operations team, you will assist in maintaining welcoming and well-functioning spaces across various buildings. Your duties will involve supporting the reception, managing administrative processes, and coordinating facility requests. Collaboration with faculty, staff, and external contractors is crucial to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as first contact for UBC Sauder reception inquiries
• Coordinate complex administrative processes and operations




• Oversee office space requirements and recommend improvements
• Maintain stationery inventory and manage procurement processes
• Support facilities-related requests and liaise with trades

Requirements:
• High School graduation and one year post-secondary education
• Four years related experience or equivalent education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to approximately 60 lbs
