Teach swimming skills and instill confidence at Back to Basics Swim Academy. We're seeking passionate Swim Instructors dedicated to water safety and nurturing a love for swimming.

As a Swim Instructor, you will engage with students of all ages, using our Back to Basics methodology to enhance their swimming abilities. You'll foster a positive and welcoming setting, ensuring safety and cleanliness in the pool. Your role includes assessing student levels and addressing client inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swimming lessons using Back to Basics techniques
• Assess and evaluate students' swimming skills
• Maintain safety and order in the pool area
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all participants
• Address client questions and concerns promptly

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year swim instructor experience
• National Lifeguard Certification required
• Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C certification
• Lifesaving Instructor certification preferred
• Positive mindset and team-oriented attitude
