Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide tailored furniture advice
• Master product knowledge including features and configurations
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally




• Capture customer details and draft orders
• Maintain store displays and organization aligned to standards

Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
