Apple Retail is hiring for multiple store roles in Quebec City through a CNIB recruitment event starting October 15. Positions are available across two streams: Sales and Support .

Sales roles include Specialist, Expert, Pro, Operations Expert, Business Expert, and Business Pro. These involve introducing customers to Apple products, making personalized recommendations, and in some cases connecting local business communities with the tools they need.

Support roles include Technical Specialist, Genius, Creative, and Creative Pro. Some focus on repairs and technical troubleshooting; others involve helping customers with creative projects such as photo retouching or coding.

Minimum Qualifications:

Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends,



and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good communication skills and comfort interacting with customers

Interest in technology, particularly Apple products (significant tech experience is not required)
