Strides Toronto is seeking a Full-Time Help Ahead Intake Worker to manage mental health inquiries and referrals. This role supports children and youth through a hybrid work model.

Join Strides Toronto as a Help Ahead Intake Worker in a full time permanent role. You will process multiple inquiries, conduct triage for mental health services, and connect clients with our partner agencies. Your experience in mental health and child services is essential to help ensure timely and effective responses to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web
• Conduct initial triage for service eligibility
• Document intake activities in real time
• Collaborate with Service Navigators for client referrals
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies for PHI

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or related field
• Minimum three years’ experience in mental health
• Knowledge of child mental health disorders
• Trained in crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
