Adecco is currently hiring an Executive Assistant for a full-time opportunity in Smiths Falls, ON . This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership through effective calendar management, communication, coordination, and executive administration.

Pay Rate: $55000/year

Location: Smiths Falls, ON

Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Job type: Temporarywith possibility of permanence |Full-time

Responsibilities:
Executive & Calendar Management

Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, including meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities.

Coordinate leadership meetings, business events, and executive commitments.

Track deadlines, action items, and key deliverables to ensure timely follow-up.

Meeting & Travel Coordination

Organize meetings, prepare agendas and materials, coordinate logistics, and record meeting notes when required.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, itineraries, and related documentation.

Support special projects and administrative initiatives across the organization.

Communication & Documentation

Prepare, edit, format, and distribute reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.

Assist with managing executive communications and identifying priority items requiring attention.





Act as a qualified point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Administrative Support & Process Improvement

Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.

Support organizational, communication, and administrative processes.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and executive support practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

3-5 years of Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or related experience.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Robust initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other office technologies.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
