Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate P&L; reconciliation
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholder groups




• Support Front Office through detailed financial analysis
• Maintain process maps and best practice manuals
• Adapt quickly to policy changes and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• Experience in financial reporting and complex instruments
• Current CFA or CPA certification
• Knowledge of P&L; dissection and risk factors
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
• Solid critical thinking and communication skills
