Fidelity Clearing Canada is seeking a Certificates Administrator to support processing of physical securities and related transactions in Dataphile. The role reports to the Team Manager, Certificates, and requires daily in-office presence in Downtown Toronto.
You will coordinate with internal teams, transfer agents, issuers and clients to ensure accurate processing, proper storage, and timely responses to requests while mitigating risk.
