As a Full-time Baker, you’ll maintain product quality, adhere to safety standards, and engage in cross-training across designated baking areas. This role involves working weekends and statutory holidays while providing outstanding customer service and supporting the entire bakery team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure bread quality meets COBS Bread standards
• Uphold safety guidelines for staff and customers
• Train in various baking areas: Bowl, Bench, or Ovens
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
• Deliver exceptional customer service every shift
Requirements:
• Baking experience preferred but training is available
• Ability to work early or overnight shifts
• Capable of lifting 25kg waist high
• Own transportation required
• Valid Food Safety Course is valued
