As a Personal Support Worker, you will work within an inter-skilled care team at E.W. Bickle Centre. Your key responsibilities will include aiding patients with daily living activities, performing delegated tasks under RN/RPN supervision, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will also ensure a safe environment by reporting any unsafe conditions or patient changes proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities including feeding and bathing
• Perform tasks delegated by RNs and RPNs accurately




• Communicate according to the patient’s Plan of Care
• Ensure patient safety by reporting unsafe conditions
• Maintain and complete patient records and progress notes

Requirements:
• Completed PSW program from an accredited college
• Current registration with HSCPOA
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Experience in acute care or rehab is an asset
• Good attendance and ability for physical exertion required
