This full-time position involves administering youth-centered programs, coaching, and resource management under the supervision of the Elders, Youth and Neighborhood House Manager. You will work to support the personal and social development of young individuals, fostering their choices regarding education, health, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer programs, including scheduling and event planning
• Organize cultural and social activities for youth
• Manage inventories and resources at the center
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols at the facility
• Coordinate with local schools and community organizations

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in youth services
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Lil’wat Nation culture
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
• Level One First Aid and CPR certification
