Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement ICBC’s records management program
• Provide guidance on legal and compliance record governance
• Develop and maintain records management policies and procedures
• Promote effective records management practices within ICBC
• Research and recommend innovative technologies for records services
Requirements:
• ALA/CLA-accredited MLS, MLIS, MAS, or equivalent degree
• Strong knowledge of records management best practices
• Experience with enterprise document management systems
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks effectively
