Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all administrative tasks for the SAFER program
• Manage reception duties and assist clients with inquiries
• Maintain JUNO Electronic Medical Records efficiently
• Organize medical referrals as per clinical staff directions
• Ensure patient confidentiality following relevant protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant medical office experience
• Proficient with office computer software
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of harm reduction and its implications
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
