What you’ll be doing Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Drive sales performance and smash targets
Create a high-energy, positive store culture
Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service
What we’re looking for Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
High energy and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
