What will you do?
Lead multiple product implementation cases at a time, ensuring clients’ onboarding and implementation plans progress in accordance with established expectations
Effectively engage partners in Cash Management Operations for critical activities in support of the implementation process.
Work in collaboration with a broader Implementation and Integration Team in Commercial Banking to identify, plan & deliver an exceptional implementation plan for clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements.
Ensure clients have clarity and confidence in their products, services and available support and facilitate a seamless transition to servicing partners upon completing implementation
Develop a deep understanding of core cash management products suite with an understanding of how each product can enable businesses to meet their specific needs.
Analyze client’s product requirements to understand their unique needs to develop and execute a tailored implementation plan.
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs
1-2 years of demonstrated excellence in a financial service role that involved interacting with business clients
Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in business acumen and ability to provide meaningful advice
Proven track record of delivering an exceptional client experience.
Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications).
Nice-to-have
Cash management experience in either advisory or implementation role
Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce or equivalent work experience
