Canada Post is seeking a temporary on-call delivery agent. This role requires a valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence and a secure driving record for three years. You will encounter various weather conditions while delivering mail and parcels and must have the physical ability to handle packages up to 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and prepare daily deliveries at the depot
• Load and drive Canada Post vehicles
• Deliver mail and packages on assigned routes
• Unload incoming mail and packages at the depot
• Make customers' day brighter during each delivery
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Availability for on-call shifts during business hours
