This permanent position is essential to the People & Culture team. The role encompasses recruitment and selection processes, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. With a focus on building relationships and managing multiple HR priorities, you will contribute significantly to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment processes and conduct interviews
• Maintain recruitment database and track statistics
• Administer HR policies and compliance programs




• Assist with workplace investigations and employee relations
• Maintain employee files and documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience focused on employee relations
• Robust knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
• Experience with HRIS and ATS with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and excellent communication skills
