Relocation: No relocation assistance is available. Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the position location, or relocate at their own expense.
Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $ 55,000.

Job Purpose: As the Regulatory Affairs Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Regulatory Affairs team with artwork and labelling activities, process implementation, regulatory information requests, submission preparation and filing, audit preparation, and other relevant duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities: Support artwork and labelling activities including development and review
Work with local and global cross-functional teams to support new process implementation in compliance with internal standards
Respond to requests for regulatory information to populate internal systems or support preparation of aggregate reports.
Support preparation and filing of regulatory submissions (e.g. NHP PLAs, DIN submissions, PDCs, Level IIIs, cosmetic notifications) and responses to regulatory authority queries
Assist in audit preparation and provision of documents to auditors
Perform other related duties to support the Regulatory Affairs team as assigned
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Recent grad (within last 2yr period), or currently enrolled in post-graduate Regulatory Affairs certificate program, science or related field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite, database software, and documentation management systems
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to documentation and technical information
Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience in a related field preferred
Post-graduate certificate in Regulatory Affairs strongly preferred
